Newburgh Enforces 9 p.m. Curfew This Halloween

NEWBURGH, N.Y. – Residents of the City of Newburgh are reminded of a curfew put in place for all minors 16 years of age and under. 

Newburgh Police are enforcing a curfew for residents 16 years and younger starting at 9 p.m.

The City's curfew will remain in effect from 9 p.m. on Halloween until 6 a.m. on Wednesday morning. 

Anyone 16-years-old and younger must be accompanied by a guardian, engaged in employment, or involved in an emergency.
